What Payslip/Invoice Logo Does

The Payslip/Invoice Logo setting controls the company logo shown on payslips and related payroll documents.

This helps the payslip look official and match the company's branding.

When To Use This Setting

Use this setting when:

  • Setting up payroll for a new company.
  • Updating a company logo.
  • Payslips show the wrong logo.
  • The logo appears too large, too small, or distorted.
  • The company wants branded payslip PDFs.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Payroll > Payroll Setting.
  2. Open Payslip/Invoice Logo.
  3. Upload the company logo.
  4. Adjust logo size if size fields are available.
  5. Save the setting.
  6. Open a test payslip to confirm the logo displays correctly.

Practical Example

A company changes its logo and wants the new logo on all payslips going forward.

The payroll administrator uploads the new file in Payslip/Invoice Logo, saves it, and opens a recent payslip preview to confirm the image appears correctly.

The new logo should be used on future generated payslips.

Common Mistakes

  • Uploading an image that is too large.
  • Using a low-quality image that looks blurry on PDF.
  • Forgetting to preview a payslip after upload.
  • Assuming old downloaded payslip PDFs will automatically change. Previously downloaded files may still show the old logo.
