When an employee is not longer with the company, their account should be deactivated or deleted. 

The ideal is to deactivate instead of delete but it may get to the point  when there are not enough employee licenses to keep an employee disabled and add new employee

To deactivate an employee, you should go to Employee, View Employee, Basic Information and then change the status of the employee from Active to In-active.
