BoVi HR allows you to set a break time for different departments. Breaks are paid periods of times and are configured in Department setup.
The Photo Capture Time Clock allows for breaks. The break data is automatically updated into the BoVi HR database. Attendance data for breaks can also be manually entered via Manual Attendance module.
The Automatic Deduct Extra Break Time feature under Department setup, when enabled, removes the extra time spent on breaks outside of the allotted time. For example, if a department allotted break time is 15 minutes, and the employee spends 20 mins, minutes of paid time is removed from the employee's total hours.
