Holiday Pay without Full Holiday payment 0 0

By default, BoVi HR calculates Holiday pay at the Day Rate for the employee plus anytime worked on that specific day at time and a half. 

In some countries, the full holiday day based on regular working time is not paid.  BoVi HR allows for this variation.

To remove the full holiday payment based on regular time navigate to Payroll Settings under Payroll and change the 'Exclude the Full Holiday Pay based on Hours" field to 'Yes'



Let's image Joe works for $10 per hour, is scheduled to work on a holiday and regular working time is 8 hours per day. He works 4 hours on the holiday. 

Before the change

The system pays Joe (8 hrs x $10) + (4  x  $15) =  $140 

After the change

The system pays Joe 4hr  x  $15 =  $60
