BoVi HR allows for three different types of off days :
1. Global Off Days - All employees have the same work days and off days
2. Weekly Specific Off Days - Each employee has their own fixed off days per week.
3. Schedule Specific Off Days - Used when employee[s schedules change weekly and are dynaminc
In this specific section, you should set the Global Working days for your entire organization. Unless option #2 or #3 is assigned to an employee, BoVi HR assumes that the Global Working Day Schedule as the default for all employees.
This is particularly important as well for Hourly workers. In some countries, an employee, who is off, but is required to work, is paid a different rate of pay.
